The Grounds Team's main duties are maintaining lawns, plant beds, and hardscapes, ensuring campus grounds conditions are safe and meet institutional standards. Clear paved walks, roadways, and parking lots to ensure they are free of debris, snow and ice. Our services include maintaining:

  • 8.6 miles of paved roadways

Our HVAC technicians install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling equipment to ensure proper operation. Our control systems have been upgraded to direct digital controls (DDC), allowing us to monitor door alarms, fire and smoke alarms, pumps and motors, security access, and air handling units through a computer program. We have roughly 3,000 points that can be tracked and adjusted daily.
