Moving Mail Forward

Reliable, efficient mail and delivery services for the UW-Green Bay community.

The Mail Center—also known as Shipping and Receiving—is part of Central Stores and Surplus and manages all incoming, outgoing and intercampus mail for UW-Green Bay. Each year, the Mail Center processes more than two million pieces of mail for faculty, staff and departments across campus. The team also provides bulk mailing services, mail metering and delivery coordination for campus offices.

Location & Hours

The UW-Green Bay Mail Center is located on level 1 (tunnel level) in the southwest corner of the Laboratory Sciences Building, Room 110A. Deliveries may be directed to the shipping and receiving loading docks on Instructional Services Court across from the Brown County STEM Innovation Center. The Mail Center is closed holidays, but open weekdays during regular business hours.

Pick-up & Delivery Services

Incoming Mail

  • Collected from the U.S. Post Office each weekday at 8:30 a.m.
  • Sorted and available for department pickup between 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. in LS 110.
  • Departments exchange their mail bin for the day’s delivery bin at pickup.
  • Parcel deliveries can be confirmed by calling 920-465-2215.

Outgoing Mail

  • Drop off outgoing mail at Central Receiving (LS 110) before 1 p.m. for same-day processing.
  • Mail brought after 2:15 p.m. is sent out the next business day.
  • Outgoing mail is picked up by Mail Haus at 2:30 p.m. daily.
