Facilities Management supports your campus operations—across custodial, HVAC, grounds, office moves, repairs, plumbing, electrical and remodeling. Use this guide to submit work requests for non-emergency services and projects.
Request Work
Submit a facilities work order to request things like office remodels, moves and chargeable work.
Pick Your Colors
For the most cost-efficient and timely project completion, choose from the standard interior finishes (paint, flooring, etc.) maintained by the university.
No-Charge vs. Chargeable Work
Some work is covered by the University, and some may be chargeable depending on the scope, location and funding source.
Find Existing Work Orders
You can look up an existing work order to see details like work status, priority, schedule date, contractor name and charge information.
Report an Issue
The TMA Work Request System is for planned, non-urgent projects. If you need an immediate response for safety, security, or routine maintenance, contact us directly.
- Urgent safety or security issues (broken locks, major debris).
- Leaks, spills, or floods.
- Pest control (hornet nests, mice).
- Routine custodial needs: cleaning, bathroom paper re-stocking, burned-out light bulb.
