Chargeable vs. No-Charge
Facilities Management supports campus operations across custodial, HVAC, grounds, office moves and remodeling. Some services are covered by the University, others may be chargeable depending on the scope, location and funding source.
Chargeable Work
The maintenance repair, or assembly of departmentally owned items which were purchased or installed separately from the original building instruction budget are chargeable work. Also, all work done for Program Revenue (PR) Areas are generally chargeable.
