UW-Green Bay has standard carpet, paint, mop-board, ceiling tile and floor tile options. Choosing from this palette offers the greatest cost efficiency. Color or carpet choices other than items noted here are a significantly higher cost. Contact us to request a swatch samples board.
Paint Options
Choose from standard Hallman Lindsay paint colors for your walls.
PT1: Field Paint
A soft, neutral tone that provides a clean and versatile backdrop for interior spaces. This light beige is ideal for creating a bright, open feel while maintaining subtle warmth. Commonly used as the primary wall color in offices and shared spaces.
PT2: Accent Paint
A medium-value warm neutral paint, offering a sophisticated contrast to lighter field colors. Perfect for feature walls or areas where a refined, modern accent is desired without overwhelming the space.
PT3: Accent Paint 'Phoenix Green'
A deep, rich green that reflects UW-Green Bay’s signature Institutional color. This bold accent adds depth and character, making it an excellent choice for focal walls or branding elements in campus interiors.
Flooring Options
Choose from carpet or vinyl tile flooring options. All carpet tiles feature a durable, low-pile construction designed for high-traffic areas, with subtle patterns that provide visual interest while maintaining a professional aesthetic.
CPT1: Carpet Tile for Circulation & Lounges
A dark blend of black and gray fibers with a subtle linear texture, creating a sense of movement without a pronounced pattern. Ideal for corridors and lounge spaces where durability and understated style are key.
CPT2: Carpet Tile for Lounges
A slightly lighter mix of black and gray tones with a coarser weave and a soft, irregular linear texture. Provides a casual yet refined look suitable for informal gathering areas.
CPT3: Carpet Tile for Suites
The tightest weave of the three options, featuring a deep, near-black base accented with muted gray flecks. Offers a sleek, uniform appearance with minimal patterning, perfect for private offices or smaller spaces where a clean, modern finish is desired.
