Get ready for the 26th Annual FOCUS Conference. This two-day event is for healthcare providers and staff, provider association representatives and Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) staff. DQA hosts the event with other healthcare collaborators. Presenters will talk about a range of healthcare topics.

2025 Conference Event Schedule

The conference will start at 8 a.m. on November 18 and end at 2 p.m. on November 19. A detailed event schedule is available in WHOVA. 2026 conference event schedule will be shared soon.

Event Schedule

Continuing Education

Attending the conference in-person will award continuing education credits to social workers, nursing home administrators, CBRF and AFH staff.

NHA continuing education is provided from UWGB who does not need to receive NAB approval under State Administrative Code NHA 3.03 (5). Instead of your continuing education showing on your NAB account, you will receive a certificate with your credit hours from the University. Keep this certificate for your records and submit the hours with your renewal. If audited, DSPS may ask you for a copy of your certificate that we have provided.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors can participate in-person and/or virtually on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested in becoming an exhibitor? Email dhsdqafocus@dhs.wisconsin.gov

In-person exhibitors will be integrated with the dynamic conference area and won't be relegated to a separate room. Exhibitors may be located in the hallways near the ballroom and breakoutrooms of the Kalahari Convention Center.

In-Person Exhibitor

Exhibitor registration will open in early August. The registration fee of $600 includes two in-person exhibitor representatives, two conference registrations, exhibit space, table, electricity, wireless internet access, and virtual exhibitor space in Whova, our conference management app. One skirted, 8-foot table will be provided and identified with your organization name. Limit of two representatives per exhibit. Payment can only be made via credit card. Exhibitor registration will open in early August.

Virtual Exhibitor

The $50 registration fee includes virtual-only exhibitor space and does not include conference registration. This option provides virtual exhibitor space in Whova, our conference management app. You can add your company logo, video, promotions and much more. There is no exhibitor table provided at the conference with this option. Payment can only be made via credit card.
