Private Swim Lesson Program Details

Session ONE Fall 2019: Begins September 9th

Registration
Submit the swim lesson request form and you will contacted by Casey to schedule a time that fits both your request and the open availability. This process is first come, first served.

Payment
Needs to be paid in full. Please pay at the Kress Events Center front desk at your first scheduled lesson (accept cash, credit, or check). See below for total amount on a given day.

$17 per lesson (# of lessons dependent on day of week)

Make-Up Lessons *NEW Policy* 
We will not allow make-up lessons for any reason. Each session will have one week built in that you will not pay for; For ex: A session will typically last 11 weeks and you will only pay for 10 which provides us that buffer. If we happen to cancel additional weeks due to weather or our instructors being sick, you will have two options; 1) use as credit towards the next session or 2) use as a credit in the form of a day guest pass for the Kress Events Center. If a lesson is cut short due to weather (lightening/thunder), it will be considered a full lesson if 15 minutes (half) the lesson is complete.

Cancellations
If your child is sick or cannot attend the scheduled lesson, please give a courtesy email to Casey pivonkac@uwgb.edu (preferable) or call the Kress Center Front Desk (920) 465-2449 - There is NO refund for cancellations.
