Environmental Affairs

Environmental Affairs ensures that effects to the natural environment are considered in all matters. Throughout time this view has been transformed in various ways and continues to change even today. Our goal is to see to it that the environment continues to be as important of a voice as it was in previous times.

The Environmental Affairs Committee also works to understand the concerns of the current student body on local, state and federal matters related to the environment and the impact on UW-Green Bay.

Equity & Diversity

The overall goal for the Equity and Diversity committee is to create an environment that allows all people to feel comfortable on our campus, no matter their sex, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, gender expression, etc, and to raise awareness about the issues minorities may face.

In order to achieve this goal, partnerships with different organizations on campus will be created, and we will offer assistance with the programs and events they are putting on for UW-Green Bay and the community. Along with assisting other organizations with their programs, we will bring our own events to campus that cover a variety of issues that deal with equality and diversity. The hope is to address the issues that are important to students on our campus.
