Advising
Students focused on best practices regarding segregated fee spending.
The Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee (SUFAC) is part of the Student Government Association, and is responsible for:
- The distribution of segregated university fee allocations among student services and student organizations, and for overseeing the use of segregated fees.
- Advising the Chancellor about decisions concerning money. Review involves recommendations on increases, decreases or the continuation of existing fees paid by the students each semester.

The SUFAC office is located in the SGA suite next to the Pride Center in UU-151.
Budget Resources
Student organization resources about budgets can be found within the Registered Student Organization (RSO) Resources Canvas course. The person submitting the budget to SUFAC is the only one that needs to be budget trained; however, it would be good idea to have all the E-board members familiar with the process and rules related to money.
- View the PowerPoint and take the quiz.
- You need to get 100% on the quiz in order to be eligible to submit a budget for your organization.
How to Submit a Budget
Please submit the budget workbook via email to sosufac@uwgb.edu. Submit with the name of the workbook file as: ‘NAMEOFORG-Budget-FY2025-26.xlsx.’ Annual budgets for the following academic year are due into SUFAC in December. If an organization misses the deadline, requests for money may be made throughout the year by filling out Contingency requests found within Phoenix Connect.

- Supplies Request: $2,500
