Inclusive Access (IA)

Inclusive Access (IA) courseware is a digital textbook or embedded course materials in Canvas that are often provided at a reduced price. This model aims to increase access to affordable materials by bundling them with course enrollment. If you see an Inclusive Access charge in your SIS account, it means your instructor has elected to participate as an IA course.

If you would prefer to acquire course materials on your own, you may opt out from receiving Inclusive Access materials. Please note that once you have opted out, you cannot opt back in and receive any special bundled pricing. We recommend refraining from opting out until you attend the first week of class.
