Intern with an Employer Partner

We recruit, partner and support an hourly wage with employer partners throughout the region to offer students valuable internships. Internships help students bridge the gap between education and employment, offering valuable hands-on experience that builds skills and confidence. At the same time, they give employers a chance to showcase careers within their organization or industry. For Fall 2025, internships are available at a variety of nonprofit and government organizations. Submit your interest to get connected—and be sure to check Handshake for details on how to apply.

Strength in
Service

"Our intern has become an invaluable part of our YWCA family in a short amount of time—bringing fresh energy and a commitment to advocacy that strengthens our mission. While gaining new skills and growing personally and professionally, they have enabled us to address community needs that had been set aside due to time constraints. Together, we’re making an even greater impact."
