First Destination Survey

The First Destination Survey allows UW-Green Bay to report on the post-graduation career outcomes of our recent alumni. Each year, Career Services conducts the survey to determine the employment or continuing education status of the previous year’s Bachelor’s degree candidates.  Data is collected through email, phone calls and social media. Faculty and employers are also asked to contribute their knowledge of alumni whereabouts.

Complete the Survey

Graduate responses to the First Destination Survey provide critical feedback for Career Services, academic departments and the University. This information allows us to determine changes in the job market, the graduate degrees our alumni pursue and where alumni go after graduation. The information you provide is confidential — results are not published in a personally identifiable manner.

Seek Career Advising

Although employment survey data is often used to make career decisions, the employability of today's college graduate is also influenced by economic conditions and the personal traits and characteristics of the job seeker. Decisions about career choices should be made by the assessment of each candidate's interests, skills and values. Caution should also be used in any interpretation or application of the included statistics. If you are using this report to make career decisions, please consult with the staff in Career Services.
