A set number of entries into Social House at Leona Cloud Commons each week.

(Bay/Flex)
A set number of entries into any on-campus dining location each semester.
What are Transfer Meals?
A transfer meal is equal to one meal swipe and can be used where a Combo Meal is available, up to six times per week with the Phoenix All Access Plan and up to four times per week with the Phoenix 14 Weekly plan. Transfer Meals are deducted from your existing balance; just let the cashier know you'd like to use a transfer meal when paying.
**A Combo Meal allows participants to receive a pre-defined meal, usually consisting of an entrée, one side, and a beverage. Please visit each retail dining venue for specific combo meal options.
2024-2025 Meal Plans
Students living in the residence halls are required to choose either a Phoenix All Access meal plan or a Phoenix 14 Weekly meal plan. Meal plans are optional for students who live in a campus apartment or live off-campus. Apartment and commuter (off-campus) students may choose any meal plan they like, including additional Bay Block and Flex.

*All Access meal swipes are to be used by the student whose account is associated with the plan and cannot be used for friends or guests. Students are not allowed to share their All Access meal plan or loan their University ID card to others for the purpose of entering the Social House. Allowing unauthorized use of your meal plan may result in additional charges, cancellation of the meal plan without a refund, and referral to the Dean of Students Office.
**All Access and Phoenix 14 plans have a 30 minute re-use delay between all meal swipes.
Meal Plan Guidelines
- Residential students are required to select a meal plan. You will select your meal plan as part of the Fall Housing check-in process. If you lived on campus through the summer and will not go through check-in, please contact universityid@uwgb.edu if you would like to add a meal plan.
- Meal swipes become active when The Social House at Leona Cloud Commons opens for the semester. View the Building Hours page for specific dates and times. Any food purchases at a dining retail location prior to the Social House being open, need to be paid with another form of payment (Phlash Cash, cash, credit/debit card).
- All Meal Plans have a built-in overhead fee that covers the costs of plan administration, as well as the utilities, maintenance, and repair of the dining venues throughout campus.
- Your Meal Plan will be billed directly to your SIS account each semester.
- All Access and Phoenix 14 meals must be used by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday and don't roll over to the next week.
- Block Plan meals must be used by the end of the semester and don't roll over from fall to spring.
- Phlash Cash associated with the plans never expire as long as you are enrolled as a student at UW-Green Bay.
Meal Plan Management
Whether you're a student who wants flexible meal plan options for commuters, or need to change or cancel your meal plan, we're here for you. But there is a time constraint! Please note you can only change or cancel your meal plan within the first two weeks of the semester. Commuter meal plans can also only be billed to SIS during the first two weeks of the semester.
Commuter Plans
In addition to being billed to SIS during the first two weeks of the semester, commuter meal plans can be paid for at any point in the semester when you visit the University Ticketing & Information Center.

If your current meal plan isn't meeting your needs, we'll be happy to change it for you!
Where to Use Your Meal Plan
All Access and Weekly Meals can only be used in the Marketplace. Block, Transfer and FAST meals can be used at all other dining venues. You can use Phlash Cash at any dining venue, including the Corner Store.

Phlash Meals
Help a fellow Phoenix in need.
Students who select any of the Block Meal Plans may elect to donate their meals to the PHLASH Meals program during select times of the academic year. Meals are usually available within 48 hours and can be used at any on-campus dining location.
