Phlash Cash

A Convenient Way to pay

Pay in a flash with Phlash Cash.

Phlash Cash is added to a declining balance account on your University ID and can be used for the purchase of goods and services on and off UW-Green Bay campuses. All meal plans come with a predetermined amount of Phlash Cash to use for supplemental dining or other purchases on campus, such as retail, vending and printing.

How to Purchase Phlash Cash

There are two ways to purchase Phlash Cash:

  1. Visit your eAccounts online account management service (a $1 transaction fee will be applied to online deposits).
  2. Visit the University Ticketing & Information Center in the University Union on the Green Bay campus.

Where to Use Phlash Cash

If you have your ID card and a meal plan, you'll have Phlash Cash. Plus, you can save transfer meal swipes on your meal plan and use it to purchase items to go.

Please note Phlash Cash CANNOT be used to purchase alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, CBD products, lottery ticket or gift cards.

Refund Requests

Phlash Cash is non-refundable while you are enrolled at UW-Green Bay. Phlash Cash remains active until you are no longer enrolled in classes with UW-Green Bay. Within two weeks after your departure from the University, you are eligible for a partial refund of your balance, upon your request.
