Beth Hardel

Beth serves as the Director of Annual & Leadership Giving at UW-Green Bay. She is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies that increase annual giving, strengthen donor engagement, and build a sustainable pipeline of leadership-level donors. Her role also focuses on growing philanthropic support through annual giving campaigns, leadership giving programs, donor stewardship, fundraising communications, and strategic relationship building. She also develops close relationships with corporate partners across all academic areas and other university programming initiatives.
