I received my Ph.D. in Management from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), with a focus on organizational behavior. I also hold an M.A. in Strategy and International Business from Seoul National University.
At the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, I teach courses including Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture and Design, and Leading Innovation and Change. In my teaching, I aim to connect research-based knowledge with practice, encouraging students to think critically and apply concepts to real organizational settings.
My research examines abusive supervision, exploring why it occurs, its effects, and ways organizations can address it. I also study organizational greening and employee commitment to sustainability. I remain committed to advancing research and teaching in organizational behavior.
