Hanh Le is an Assistant Professor in Data Analytics & Decision Sciences at the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Prior to joining UWGB, she has held faculty position at University of Louisiana at Monroe and Louisiana Tech University.  She also worked in the Banking industry for 17 years, providing Trade Finance services to import-export companies. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University. 

Dr. Le teaches courses in mathematics, statistics, information systems, business analytics, with an emphasis on helping students connect quantitative analysis to real-world decision-making. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, inclusive, and practice-oriented learning environment that equips students with both technical skills and critical thinking.

Her research focuses on digital-mediated environments and artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and its social and ethical influences. Her dissertation examined auditors' perceived responsibility when using AI, grounded in moral responsibility theory. She has co-authored publications and presented her works at both national and regional conferences. Her future research aims to advance understanding of AI responsibility and ethics, and its influences on the operation and development of professions.
