Henziel Jusino
Hello! My name is Henziel Jusino and I joined the Multicultural Resource Center team in Spring 2024 as a Multicultural Advisor. In addition to my role as Multicultural Advisor, I serve as the Assistant Coordinator for New Scholars Rising since Fall 2024.
I am a first-generation alumnus from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Counseling. During my undergraduate, I served as a Peer Mentor for STARS Peer Mentorship and Men of Color Initiative programs. As a result, I am passionate and dedicated to assisting students to achieve their goals during their college journey incorporating various mentorship models.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I am fan of the Cubs, Fire FC, and Stars FC. I enjoy playing video games on Nintendo and PlayStation systems. I also enjoy watching That 70’s Show, Star Wars, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
