Robert Riordan is a Lecturer in Philosophy at UW-Green Bay, where he teaches AI, Algorithms, and Truth, Business Ethics, Contemporary Ethical Issues, Environmental Ethics, and Introduction to Philosophy. He developed "AI, Algorithms, and Truth," a course that combines epistemology with information literacy to help students evaluate AI systems and digital information. His teaching connects philosophical frameworks to practical workplace and civic challenges. He serves on the university's AI Think Tank and recently helped revive the Philosophers' Café speaker series which he moderates. He holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago and is completing his PhD at Marquette University, where his research in value theory explores meaningfulness and mortality through existentialist philosophy, particularly the works of Thomas Nagel, Christine Korsgaard, Søren Kierkegaard, and Albert Camus.
