Mailroom
The housing mailroom houses a mailbox ("Campus Box") for each student living on campus. Returning residents typically keep the same campus box number throughout their stay in campus housing and it is very important that all mail/packages delivered to the student mailroom are addressed properly.
US mail is sorted and delivered to campus boxes each weekday and packages can be picked up from the mailroom window during mailroom hours (only after the student is notified by email that their package is ready for pick up). Our housing mailroom staff is happy to assist with all mail, parcel, or campus mail box related questions.

How to Properly Address Your Mail / Parcels
All items delivered to the student mailroom must be addressed properly to ensure accurate/timely delivery. Mail or packages that are missing or inaccurate information (i.e. campus box number or full name) may not be delivered, or may be returned to sender. Please see below for the proper format:
Name
Campus Box #### (your Campus Box #)
Building Street Address (for your building)
Green Bay, WI 54311-7070
Address information is provided in your room assignment information on the Housing Hub. Campus box numbers are typically the same for the entire time you live on campus, but building addresses may change. Look up your campus box number here, or view building street addresses here. We are unable to release a student's address to other individuals.

Mail Forwarding Policy
Your mail is forwarded to the address listed in SIS for 3 months after your departure date. More information about changing your mailing address is found in SIS help. Magazines and newspapers will not be forwarded. It is your responsibility to notify the companies that send you mail of your address change.
Mass Mailings to Students
Only University or Housing & Residential Education activities may be advertised in mass mailings to student mailboxes. All mailings must clearly indicate that they are sponsored by a student organization or campus office and must be approved by Housing & Residential Education. Members of the student organization or campus office will need to stuff the mailboxes themselves during an appointed time set up through Housing & Residential Education. Please call 920-465-2040 for more information.
Postage Due
If mail received is short on postage, you will receive a "postage due" form and need to pay the specified amount to receive the mail. This can be taken care of at the mailroom window during mailroom hours.
Sending Out-Going Mail
Mail with proper postage, including packages being sent, can be dropped off at the University Union Ticketing and Information Center, the Community Center, or Laboratory Sciences. The University Union Ticketing and Information Center sells postage.
