Pay the International Processing Fee
All degree-seeking international students must pay the International Student Processing fee. This fee pays for the support required before arriving on campus. You must pay this international processing fee before additional services can be provided.
Access Your Account
Think of your student account as your key to campus. Using your campus ID number contained in the acceptance letter, you'll set up your password and multi-factor authentication.
Obtain Your I-20/DS-2019 & Student Visa
Once you're admitted, you can begin the process to obtain the required documents for legal study in the U.S.
Register for Classes
After obtaining a visa, log in to your SIS account. Your assigned academic advisor will be listed on the right side of the page, and they'll help set up your classes during an advising meeting. Be sure to register and Complete your math placement testing at least 10 days before your meeting to ensure adequate time for processing.
Choose Housing & Meal Plan
Once you have been accepted, log in to your student account to complete the housing application. If you have any special accommodation needs or preferences, be sure to tell the Housing Office on your application.
If you cannot pay the housing deposit with an international credit card, let Housing know. They can place the deposit charge on your SIS student account so you can pay it by international wire payment.
After you finish the housing application, you will also be able to select your meal plan.
Prepare for Landing
Welcome to Green Bay! To ensure a smooth transition to campus, please plan to arrive at the Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) on one of the designated arrival dates. Transportation from the airport to the campus will be provided only on these days. To secure your spot on the shuttle, please complete the survey with your arrival details. If you arrive outside of these dates, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to the Green Bay campus.
Attend Orientation
International Student Orientation takes place in person after arrival. It is mandatory for all new and transfer international students to attend. There will also be an all-campus orientation and transfer student orientation. You'll receive detailed orientation schedules at that time.
Learn About Healthcare
In addition to resources offered through our Wellness Center, you'll also have healthcare that covers preventive as well as emergency services.
Pay Your Tuition
Payment is due 10 days after the start of the semester. They can be made through Flywire, which allows you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and saves you money. You'll be notified via email when your payment is received.
