Emily Conner is a Senior Director at Procter & Gamble, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of all transportation purchasing across North America. In this capacity, she oversees a multimodal network and diverse spend portfolio, advancing initiatives that strengthen service performance, unlock productivity and deliver sustainable value across Procter & Gamble’s supply chain.
With more than 15 years of experience in Product Supply, Emily has built a proven track record of driving transformation across logistics, procurement and operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in modernizing Procter & Gamble’s transportation network, enhancing carrier partnerships, and achieving significant cost and efficiency gains through data-driven strategy and operational excellence.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, tennis and time outdoors with her family.

Shaleen leads Packerland Ventures, Schneider's corporate venturing arm established to bring industry-changing freight tech capabilities to the mainstream. Shaleen focuses on emerging technology and thesis-driven investing, with targets that include autonomous vehicles, transportation platforms, IoT applications, cognitive decision science, and sustainability. Shaleen also serves as an advisor to the logistics portfolio of 8VC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund.
Prior to joining Schneider, Shaleen spent over a decade as an industry consultant specializing in corporate venturing, formulation and execution of business and technology strategy.
