Meet Our Facilitator

Panel Facilitator: Lisa Bos | Dir – HR

Lisa has 26 years of experience at Schneider, serving in several Human Resources leadership roles in support of associates and leaders across multiple service offerings. She leads a group of associates focused on human resources processes, change management, talent development and succession, associate relations, and compliance advancing overall people effectiveness. Lisa also leads merger and acquisition HR efforts, spanning pre-diligence through post-integration activities. She also maintains a strong external and community presence, serving as Board Chair and HR Committee Chair for Curative Connections, Board Member for Pro Solutions, and Advisory Board Member for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay’s Cofrin School of Business. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from UW–Green Bay, an associate’s degree from NWTC, and PHR and SHRM‑CP certifications.

We are excited to host a panel of experts at our next event! The next Bridging Success Through Leadership Speaker Series, presented in partnership with Schneider, will feature a dynamic panel of Schneider leaders sharing their experiences, career journeys, and perspectives from across the industry.

The panel brings together Ryan Kimps, VP – Operations, Van Truckload & Dedicated; Andrea Sequin, VP – Safety, Compliance and Driver Training; Tim Scanlan, Sr. Business Development Seller; and Dana Jo Murray, Manager – Operations, with Lisa Bos, Director – HR, facilitating the conversation. Together, they represent decades of experience spanning operations, safety and regulatory compliance, business development, customer relationships, technology, talent development, and organizational leadership.

Attendees will gain an inside look at the opportunities and challenges shaping transportation and supply chain today while hearing how successful professionals have built and navigated their careers. With several panelists also proud UW-Green Bay alumni, the conversation will offer current student attendees a unique opportunity to see where their own UW-Green Bay education and professional connections can lead.

Panel Speakers:

 Ryan Kimps | VP – Operations, Van Truckload & Dedicated

Ryan Kimps leads Schneider operations across the eastern United States. In this role, he oversees drivers, leaders, terminal managers, facilities, and Dedicated customer relationships, with a focus on improving capacity utilization, delivering superior customer service, and driving efficient, cost-effective operations. In his 21+ years with Schneider, he has delivered results across finance, brokerage, Power Only, market management, customer service, and operations. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW–Stout and is enjoys cheering on UW–Green Bay athletics. Go Phoenix!

Andrea Sequin | VP – Safety, Compliance and Driver Training

Andrea Sequin leads safety, regulatory compliance, and driver training for Schneider’s fleet of more than 15,200 drivers and owner-operators. Since joining Schneider in 2004, she has held leadership roles in information systems, operations support, and regulatory compliance, bringing a strong focus on technology, operational execution, and safety advancement. Andrea holds an MBA from UW–Oshkosh and a bachelor’s degree from UW–Green Bay. She is a Certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute and has served in leadership and advisory roles with several transportation safety organizations, including the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.

Tim Scanlan | Sr. Business Development Seller

Tim Scanlan is a senior business development seller on Schneider’s brokerage team, where he has spent 14 years building customer relationships and driving sales growth. A 2012 UW–Green Bay graduate with degrees in business administration and economics, Tim was also a four-year letter winner on the Phoenix swim team. He is a seven-time Million Dollar Seller, founder of the SNDRun Club and related community races, and a 2025 recipient of the Don Schneider Presidential Award. Tim also has the largest at the desk collection of Schneider memorabilia in the organization!

Dana Jo Murray | Mgr – Operations

Dana Jo Murray leads multiple customer accounts across complex supply chain networks as an operations manager at Schneider. She oversees large-scale transportation programs, develops frontline leaders, and partners with customers to drive continuous improvement and business growth. With nearly two decades of experience across transportation, account management, sales, HR, and customer success, Dana brings a strong mix of business acumen and people-focused leadership. Throughout her career, she has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, secured strategic transportation partnerships, and delivered meaningful financial and performance improvements. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from UW–Green Bay.

Kenny Rocker

Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales

Kenny Rocker was appointed Executive Vice President Marketing & Sales at Union Pacific Railroad in August 2018. He is responsible for the company’s three major business units: Bulk, Industrial and Premium, along with Marketing & Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy and Union Pacific’s Mexico business. He also oversees the railroad's Loup Logistics subsidiary.

Previously, Rocker served as vice president - Industrial, a position he held since August 2016. Since joining Union Pacific in 1994, he has held various Marketing & Sales positions, including assignments in Automotive, Chemicals and the Market Development & Sales Center.

Rocker graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from Tuskegee University. He currently serves on the Joslyn board and the GMXT board and was previously Chairman of the Lutheran Family Services Audit Committee and served on Creighton University, National Association of Manufacturers, Children’s Hospital, NorthStar and Seventy Five North boards.

Emily Conner

Senior Director, North America Transportation Purchases, Procter & Gamble

Emily Conner is a Senior Director at Procter & Gamble, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of all transportation purchasing across North America. In this capacity, she oversees a multimodal network and diverse spend portfolio, advancing initiatives that strengthen service performance, unlock productivity and deliver sustainable value across Procter & Gamble’s supply chain.

With more than 15 years of experience in Product Supply, Emily has built a proven track record of driving transformation across logistics, procurement and operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in modernizing Procter & Gamble’s transportation network, enhancing carrier partnerships, and achieving significant cost and efficiency gains through data-driven strategy and operational excellence.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, tennis and time outdoors with her family.

Shaleen Devgun

Executive VP, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer, Schneider

Shaleen leads Packerland Ventures, Schneider's corporate venturing arm established to bring industry-changing freight tech capabilities to the mainstream. Shaleen focuses on emerging technology and thesis-driven investing, with targets that include autonomous vehicles, transportation platforms, IoT applications, cognitive decision science, and sustainability. Shaleen also serves as an advisor to the logistics portfolio of 8VC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund.

Prior to joining Schneider, Shaleen spent over a decade as an industry consultant specializing in corporate venturing, formulation and execution of business and technology strategy.
