Bachelor of Arts

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Organizational Leadership develops foundational leadership skills that employers demand, such as: creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and decision making, while also providing students with a specific Area of Emphasis within the degree. Students select an Area of Emphasis that focuses on the professional area that interests them. This program is designed to provide adult students with the skills and credentials necessary to compete in a rapidly changing workplace.
