Organizations are regulated by their policies. In order to make sure our campus is safe and welcoming for all, we've established these policies and provide access to resources regarding Title IX and the Clery Act.
UW-Green Bay Title IX Policies

- Consensual & Familial Relationship: Consensual and familial relationships that might be appropriate in other circumstances are not appropriate when they occur between an employee of the university and a student or other employee that involves supervisory, advisory or evaluative responsibility.
- Minor Protection & Adult Leadership: We've adopted these policies to protect minors who participate in our programs, but they also help to serve adult employees and volunteers.
- Sexual Misconduct: These policies help ensure we're creating a community free from relationship and sexual violence and sexual harassment.
- Harassment & Discrimination: We're committed to maintaining a learning and working environment that is free of bias, prejudice, and harassment-an environment that supports, nurtures, and rewards career and educational advancement on the basis of ability and performance.
