Report an Incident

It's your choice whether or not to report a sexual assault. On our campus, a victim can file an anonymous report, as well as a non-anonymous report. Filing a report does not obligate you to press legal charges or request university disciplinary action. You get to decide. However, if you file a report, our Deputy Title IX Coordinator will outreach to you to be sure you are aware of your rights and the resources available to you and offer on-going support.

How to Report

Email, call or visit these offices in person to make a report.

Anonymous

You can submit a report without identifying information. These resources cannot share information with anyone, except in certain emergency situations.

Non-Anonymous

These resources are obligated to submit a report to the Deputy Title IX Coordinator to get students additional services or to protect community safety. However, the incident will not be reported police unless you give permission.

On-Campus Response

Relationship, Education, Assessment Coordination, Training (REACT)

Responding to Sexual and Interpersonal Violence

If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual assault, harassment, dating violence or stalking, the on-campus REACT team helps ensure a compassionate, survivor-centered response. Staff members from across the university will provide you with support that’s timely, private and trauma-informed and resources and referrals appropriate to your situation.

Community Resources

Whether you want to pursue civil or criminal prosecution, or just need help, find organizations in your area who are here to support you.

Faculty & Staff

There are reporting obligations and separate reporting forms for faculty and staff.
