We Have a Lot to
Celebrate
Thanks to everyone who attended Celebrate 2026.
Our Celebrate event brought our community together for an inspiring and energizing day filled with connection, recognition and unforgettable moments. The experience kicked off with Erin King’s powerful Energy Exam, setting the tone for a day overflowing with momentum and motivation. Guests were wowed by dynamic LED light performances and delighted by our signature Energy Fizz, served in spectacular fashion by aerialists. We were thrilled to unveil a new upcoming program and mark an exciting milestone with the transition to our new Executive in Residence. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this celebration truly extraordinary—we’re already looking forward to what’s ahead!

Ignite your Energy
Sometimes the greatest gains come not from adding, but from letting go.
Keynote Speaker Erin King delivered powerful insights on energy—how to ignite, protect and channel it into true peak performance. Peak performance isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters with more clarity and intention. She spoke to the idea that “subtraction is addition.” Instead of piling on more, Erin challenged us to remove what’s blocking our flow by identifying the “biggest rock” —the unresolved issue, avoided conversation or lingering conflict that quietly drains energy and creates resistance. Face the obstacle head‑on, seek clarity and closure to free up mental and emotional space, lighten your load, restore momentum and open the path to genuine peak performance.

The Ascent to Peak Performance
New Program: September 2026 - April 2027
Designed for individuals at every level of an organization, The Ascent to Peak Performance is a practical, experience-based leadership journey focused on setting direction, making sound decisions, delivering measurable results and leading effectively when it matters most. The curriculum was created by Ron Dunford, CEO of Schreiber Foods and Founder of Dream Peak Leadership, in collaboration with Cheryl Conley, former Chief of Staff and current Principal of Employee and Board Engagement at Schreiber.
