Dawn B. Crim's career spans 30 years in state government and higher education administration in Wisconsin. Crim serves as the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and Community Engagement at UW-Green Bay. Previous appointments include Secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and Assistant State Superintendent for Student and School Success at the Department of Public Instruction. She spent 10 years on the Edgewood College Board of Trustees.  Dr. Crim has had an accomplished sports career as an athletic fundraiser, women’s basketball color analyst, women’s basketball coach at UW-Madison, University of Kentucky, and Penn State University. She played professionally in Munich Germany, participated in USA Basketball and collegiately at University of Virginia.  Crim earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned an M. ED. in Education Counseling from Penn State University and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia.
