Opportunities to gain experience are built throughout the program. You’ll have a field-based course as well as a summer immersion program. Your dissertation represents the culminating assessment of your doctorate. This field component will take place where you live, and you’ll work together with an organization in your community to address issues and make an impact.

Get to know your cohort and immerse yourself in a week-long intensive program in your second summer of the program.
