SOARing Across Wisconsin, on the PATH to Meeting People Where They're At

Join us for a dynamic two-day conference for Wisconsin PATH and SOAR providers. This conference has been made available through mental health block grant funding provided by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, to provide an opportunity for PATH and SOAR agencies to enhance their skills, knowledge, and promote best practices in working with people who are at imminent risk of or are currently experiencing homelessness.

Details

This two-day conference, held on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 in the University Center at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, will feature an opening keynote and 8 engaging sessions throughout the two days.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days.  A detailed agenda, including a schedule for both days, can be found below.  Conference registration is $25.00, and must be paid via credit card at the time of registration.  Participants who fully complete the two-day conference are eligible to receive 12.25 continuing education hours.

Lodging

For those needing lodging, a room block has been established at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Whitewater, 1242 West Main Street, Whitewater, Wisconsin, 53190 for $107 per night. To make a reservation under this block, please call the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 262-458-2065, and the block is under SOAR PATH. This block will be available until March 29, 2024. If you need tax exemption applied to your reservation, please also let them know that you will need an S211 form.
