DBT Skills Trainings

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that has been proven effective with a multitude of behavioral health challenges, including borderline personality disorder, suicidality and self-harm, mood disorders, and substance use. These DBT Skills Trainings will be provided by Linehan Board Certified Clinicians. Interested participants can register for one, several, or all trainings!
