Resources, training, and tools - all in one place.
UW–Green Bay's Behavioral Health Training Partnership serves as the statewide training and technical assistance provider for Wisconsin's Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) grant program. Whether you're in the early stages of planning or actively delivering services, this is your hub for what you need. Funded through the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

What is Coordinated Specialty Care?
Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) is an evidence-based model for treating early serious mental illness (ESMI) and first episode psychosis (FEP) in young people ages 15 to 25. Rather than a single provider managing care alone, CSC connects participants with a coordinated team — including therapists, case managers, supported employment and education specialists, and family support — all working toward goals the participant sets for themselves.
Early intervention matters. Research consistently shows that getting the right support quickly after a first episode of psychosis significantly improves long-term outcomes, including reduced hospitalizations and stronger connections to work and education.
