Workshops & Groups
Address challenges with people who've been through the same problems and develop skills to improve your mental health through groups and workshops provided by our licensed counselors.
Biofeedback
During a biofeedback session, the machine monitors your body’s functions, like heart rate and breathing. Then, you receive suggestions on how to create conscious changes for these functions. With practice, you can learn to make changes without equipment.
Off Campus Needs?
If you need services off campus where you would use insurance, a counselor can help you navigate how to find a provider and schedule an appointment.
For Faculty Members
Staff and faculty on all four campus locations can call the Green Bay Campus Wellness Center’s Counseling Services or Dean of Students Office if they need consultation or support with a student situation. All employees on all campuses also use the same online form to report a “student of concern” in non-urgent circumstances.
