New Skills.
Increased Ability.

"During the degree program, I was able to develop new skills, including reflective inquiry that increased my ability to foster empathy for those I lead. The program shed light on contemporary issues that I was aware of but provided a level of historical insight and context that could be applied to better understand the unique circumstances for service members."
