Gokcen Arkali Olcay

Gokcen Arkali Olcay is a faculty member in Supply Chain Management at the Cofrin School of Business, UW–Green Bay. She earned a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, Turkey (1999); an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2003); and M.S. (2006) and Ph.D. (2009) degrees in Management Science (Operations Management) from The University of Texas at Dallas. With more than 15 years of teaching experience, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses including production and operations management, supply chain management, statistical analysis, project management, research methods and business analytics. Her research centers on operations and supply chain management with an emphasis on technology, innovation, and analytics and has appeared in journals such as Technological Forecasting & Social Change and Production and Operations Management.
