1 Admission Requirements
The minimum program entrance requirements are:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
- A 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
If you do not meet minimum entrance requirements, you may be admitted on a provisional basis. You can enroll in graduate courses without pursuing a degree by enrolling as special students.
Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are NOT required for application to the supply chain management graduate program.
2 To apply, submit the following:
- UW-Green Bay Graduate application ($56.00 application fee)
- Official transcripts from colleges and universities previously attended. Electronic transcripts must be sent to UW-Green Bay Admissions at uwgb@uwgb.edu directly from the institution that issued the transcript.
- If you attended less than 9 credits you do not have to send an official transcript unless the courses completed were pre-requisites for the program. Study abroad transcripts are not required if a student attended an international University for one or fewer semesters. UW-Green Bay retains the right to request additional official transcripts from all/or additional postsecondary institutions of higher learning attended by an applicant.
- Two Professional Recommendations: Two letters of professional evaluation from people who can assess your potential and motivation to use this program as a developmental accelerator for both personal and organizational impact. Each reference letter must come directly from the reference and be sent directly to the Office of Graduate Studies email, gradstu@uwgb.edu, or mailed to:

Green Bay, WI 54311 - A 200-300 word Statement of Interest in the program. Describe your qualifications and professional experiences.
- Resume. Your resume can be uploaded as part of your application or emailed to gradstu@uwgb.edu.
3 For international students:
This program is 100% online. International students are welcome to apply for and enroll in the program. However, they are unable to apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa based on enrollment in this program. In addition to the application materials, international students will also need to provide the following documentation:
- A test of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS or the Duolingo English Test).
- Course-by-course transcript evaluation from a professional evaluation service currently recognized by NACES. UW-Green Bay recommends one of the following evaluation services:
