This page explains how to apply to the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management (MS SCM) program if you plan to start in Fall 2026.

How to Apply for Fall 2026
Follow the steps below to complete your application.
Step1: Submit the Online Application
Complete the UW-Green Bay graduate application through the Universities of Wisconsin system and pay the $56 non‑refundable application fee.
Step2: Send Official Transcripts
Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you attempted 9 or more credits. You don't need to submit UW-Green Bay transcripts (if you attended UW-Green Bay) or Study abroad transcripts for one semester or less. UW-Green Bay retains the right to request additional official transcripts from all/or additional postsecondary institutions of higher learning attended by an applicant.

Step3:Provide Letters of Evaluation
You will need two letters of professional evaluation from people who can assess your potential and motivation to use this program as a developmental accelerator for both personal and organizational impact. These letters must be submitted by your evaluators, not by you. The graduate admissions office will not accept letters submitted by the applicant. Evaluators can submit evaluation letters by one of the following methods:

Step4:Submit a Statement of Interest & Resume
Submit statement of interest between 200-300 words that includes a description of your qualifications and professional experiences along with your resume. Documents can be uploaded with your application or emailed to gradstu@uwgb.edu.
International Students
This program is 100% online. International students are welcome to apply and enroll. However, you are unable to apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa based on enrollment in the program. In addition to the application materials, you will need to provide further documentation.
