How to Apply for Spring 2027
Follow the steps below to complete your application.
Step1:Start Your Application
Start your application through GradCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system. You’ll choose your intended start term, log in or create an account, search for:
- University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
- Master of Science in Supply Chain Management
Step2Submit Required Materials
Submit all required materials directly in GradCAS. The following are required:
- Completed GradCas application
- Current resume
- Statement of interest between 200-300 words that includes a description of your qualifications and professional experiences. Space for the statement of interest is included in the online application.
- Two letters of recommendation from people who can evaluate and assess your potential and motivation to use this program as a developmental accelerator for both personal and organizational impact. Let them know they will receive a link to the Liaison Evaluator Portal to create an account and complete a form on your behalf. They also have the option to upload a personal letter.
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions (requested through GradCAS or sent directly).
Step3:Submit & Pay Your Application Fee
Once all required materials are submitted, you’ll complete your application by paying the application fee through GradCAS.
- Applications are reviewed only after all materials are received.
- The application fee is non‑refundable.

International Students
