Join us for this one-day, free event, culminating to a feature performance.
Calling all advanced middle school and high school brass players in Northeast Wisconsin: participate in our inaugural, one-day UW-Green Bay Brass Day! You'll attend instrument specific sessions and masterclasses and practice and perform in the beautiful Fort Howard Hall located in The Weidner. This year also features artists from the Brass Institutes of America. And it's all free! Register today to be a part of UW-Green Bay's 55-year tradition of working with student musicians like you!

Brass Day Schedule
This free, one-day, annual event begins at 9 a.m. in The Weidner Fort Howard Hall. Our final event of the day, our performance, is free and open to the public!
Start the day with our faculty-designed group warm-up routine. With a focus on fundamentals, our exercises will get you ready for a day of playing and beyond.
Rehearse in our large ensemble under the direction of UW-Green Bay Director of Bands, Dr. Michael Knight.
Work with the UW-Green Bay faculty and our featured Brass Institute of America guest artists in instrument-specific small groups.
Explore and purchase sheet music, supplies and even new instruments at our vendor exhibit.
Enjoy performances by our UW-Green Bay faculty.

Rehearse for your finale concert as an ensemble. Rehearsal will be followed by concert set up, and additional time to explore vendor exhibits.
