Your mind is a muscle; to keep it strong and healthy, you'll need to continually "work out" and develop skills to address mental health. Our workshops and groups are your chance to learn from licensed counselors while enjoying a confidential space to share your experiences.

Pathways
Learn skills to manage thoughts and feelings that attribute to stress, anxiety, and more. No registration needed. Drop ins welcome.

Mind Equip Workshop
Learn about mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness coping skills. No registration needed. Drop ins welcome.

Intro to Mindfulness
Explore the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life. Includes free Koru mindfulness app.

Healthy 'Ships
Enhance knowledge for communication, healthy dating, emotional intelligence, and conflict skills. Based on the work of relationship experts from the Gottman Institute. No registration necessary. Drop ins welcome.

Recognize, Respond, Refer
Suicide Prevention Training
This self-paced Canvas course provides information on learning suicide warning signs, responding to calls for help and referring people to get the support they need.
Groups
Talk through your experiences with people who know what it's like. Our group offerings provide a chance for you to support and be supported by your peers. For more information, call the Wellness Center at 920-465-2380.

Supportive Connections
A clinical counselor will moderate all group sessions focusing on academic stress, coping with current events, interpersonal conflict and mental health support.

Grief Support Group In-Person
Explore coping tools and companionship on your journey through loss while in college. No registration is necessary. Register at the first group on February 4th.
