Your mind is a muscle; to keep it strong and healthy, you'll need to continually "work out" and develop skills to address mental health. Our workshops and groups are your chance to learn from licensed counselors while enjoying a confidential space to share your experiences.

Mind Equip Workshop

Learn about mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness coping skills. No registration needed. Drop ins welcome.

Intro to Mindfulness 

Explore the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life. Includes free Koru mindfulness app.

Recognize, Respond, Refer 

Suicide Prevention Training

This self-paced Canvas course provides information on learning suicide warning signs, responding to calls for help and referring people to get the support they need.

Supportive Connections

A clinical counselor will moderate all group sessions focusing on academic stress, coping with current events, interpersonal conflict and mental health support.
