Parking Permit & Citations - Green Bay Campus

Parking Permits

Parking Permits are required for all University lots at the Green Bay campus and may be purchased at the Bursar’s cashier windows at the cost listed below.

Students attending classes with designated location of "on-campus" at the Green Bay campus will have the virtual permit fee added to their SIS account at the time the upcoming term fees are applied.  Branch students taking an "on-campus" class at Green Bay campus will be charged a parking permit.

Students who do not use the parking services can easily "Opt Out" through an option on their SIS account Homepage which removes the permit fee.  "Opt Out" Deadline is the end of week 2 of each term.

Opt In / Opt Out

Students with 'on-campus' class who Opt Out and later decide to purchase a parking permit for the current term may "Opt In" at any time from their SIS account Homepage and permit fee will apply to their SIS student account.
Students without an "on campus" designation class and wish to purchase a permit must do so at the Bursar's Office cashiering window.
Deadline to "Opt Out" is the end of week 2 of each term.

Students are responsible to maintain their license information in SIS.

The "Add/Update License Plate" and "Opt Out/In" links are located on the student's homepage in SIS.
 

The following parking permit prices go into effect for the
2020-2021 school year at the Green Bay campus:
  • Fall Semester/Winter Term = $76.00
  • Spring/Summer Semester = $76.00
  • Summer = $38.00
  • Full Year (Faculty/Staff Only) = $152.00

Payments - Citations / Tickets

Visit the University Police Parking Information webpage for information on parking regulations.

 Payment options:
  • ONLINE PAYMENT -- ONLY Citations/Tickets issued after 11/02/2020 can be paid Online by major Credit Card.  Click the 'Pay Online' link located on the "Parking Payment Portal".
  • In-person payments accepted only at the Bursar Office Cashiering window during normal business hours of the Cashiering office. 
  • Telephone payment by major credit cards are accepted at 920-465-2980 during normal business hours.
  • Mailed check payments are accepted.  Citation MUST be included with payment.
  • Citations with check or cash payments can be placed in the "Drop Box" located in hallway outside the Bursar Office door.
NOTE:
*** Citations issued prior to 11/02/2020 can not be paid online using the Parking Payment Portal.
*** Citations issued off our old system must be paid in-person at the Bursar Office, by telephone
      with major credit card; placed in Bursar Office hallway 'Drop Box'; or mailed to UWGB Bursar Office.
