Meet a Phoenix
"College can be both an exciting and challenging time. Counseling can help with finding the balance of academics, navigating relationships, managing stress, etc. Counseling also isn’t just for when things fall apart. It is also a space to help gain insight into yourself, work through personal challenges, and build coping skills. Ultimately, it is a confidential space to be heard and supported through whatever you are going through."
