Admission Requirements
To apply to the Executive Impact MBA program, you must submit the minimum application requirements from the Office of Graduate Studies. Select the appropriate start term below to learn more about the program specific requirements and how to apply.
Prepare for the Program
The Executive Impact MBA is designed for working professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds with at least 4 years of full-time, post-graduation professional experience across industries, providing a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside advanced leadership concepts. Your program advisor will help you determine the best path based on your background.
Program Format
You can start at multiple points throughout the year and continue working full-time while earning your degree.

- Two courses at a time
- Complete in as little as one year
International Students
This program is 100% online. International students are welcome to apply and enroll. However, you are unable to apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa based on enrollment in the program. In addition to the application materials, you will need to provide further documentation.

Because UW-Green Bay is transitioning to a new graduate application system, your application process depends on the term you plan to start. Choose your entry term below to find the right path forward. The application fee of $56 is non-refundable.
Fall 2026 Application
If you plan to begin the Impact MBA program in Fall 2026, you’ll apply using the Universities of Wisconsin application.
- Applications close: August 14, 2026
- Classes begin: September 2, 2026
Spring 2027 Application
If you plan to start in Spring 2027 or any future term, you’ll apply through BusCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system.
