2022 Clerks and Treasurers Institute Interactive Virtual Sessions

The UW-Green Bay Virtual Clerks and Treasurers Institute is a series of interactive, live online sessions via Zoom with some courses being held online through self-guided learning. Participants select and register for their track, and UW-Green Bay provides links so that participants can join the cohort live. The session length depends on the content.
**Note: Course being taught via Zoom will NOT be recorded.**

Participation

Participants are required to have their camera on during these sessions to allow for verified engagement. UW-Green Bay expects that students limit outside distractions, remain in one location for the duration of the session (no driving/errands), and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

Attendance

Participants must attend the full program. Participants who miss 25% or more of a course and/or do not complete any associated assessments will not receive credit for the course.

2022 Tuition Fee: $499

Includes educational sessions equivalent to 32-34 hours of instruction and digital handouts.

After June 10, 2022 the registration fee will increase to $560.

Payment Information:

Please register online with a credit card.

Registration Deadline: June 17, 2022

Cancellations and Refunds

  • On or before June 10, 2022 a full refund minus a $50 Processing Fee will be made.
  • Between June 11 and June 17, 2022 a partial refund of $300.
  • After June 17, 2022: No refunds will be given.
Handouts will be electronic. Handouts will not be provided to those who cancel.

It is impossible for the Institute to refund 100% of the registration fee. It is important to note that the Institute incurs numerous contractual obligations long before the event, and is financially committed to expenditures that may not be refundable to the University.

Scholarships

The Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association (WMCA) and the Municipal Treasurers Association of Wisconsin (MTAW) offer full and partial scholarships. The scholarship applications are available on their websites in January. Scholarships range from $100 to all tuition paid. The applications are easy to fill out and well worth the effort. Last year attendees received scholarships totaling over $19,000.

Go to WMCA's website or MTAW's website to get your application.
If you have any Scholarship questions, please contact the respective organization.
