UWGB International Student Health Insurance is required. You will automatically have the UWGB insurance charge added to your account. The first day your health insurance policy will be active is August 5th.
It is recommended to have the Meningitis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and tetanus vaccinations up to date. If you do not have them, they are available at the Health Center at UWGB.
You will be screened for Tuberculosis after arriving to campus.
In August you will receive an email about setting up your My Prevea Account for the clinic on campus. For more information please go to the Wellness Center page.
If you are under the age on 18, please ask a guardian or parent to complete the Treatment of Minor Consent form. Please forward the completed form to the representative at the Wellness Center.
