Join us for nonprofit leader conversations and other gatherings.

Nonprofit leader conversations launched in March 2020 in partnership with UW-Madison Extension Brown County. 500+ nonprofit staff, executives and board members have joined us so far, making the conversations a powerful forum for ideas and fresh perspective.

Upcoming Conversations

Leader conversations take place on the second and fourth Thursdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. during the months of January through June and September through December. Each session offers an expert discussant who engages in a Q&A with attendees while offering expert insights. The sessions are free, but registration required. Upon registering, a Zoom meeting link will be sent.

Equity Checklist for Community Organizations

Join us for a conversation focused on advancing health equity in our community. Katrina Nordyke from Brown County Public Health and Andrea Kressin from The City of Green Bay have partnered with local organizations to develop a framework and tools to help incorporate equity policies and practices.

How do you make a genuine connection with the funder? Please join Marissa Heim, Philanthropy Director with CASA of Brown County to talk about the process of finding funders who might be interested in your cause and how to approach them.

The NFL Draft is coming to Wisconsin in 2025. Megan Roberson from the Green Bay Packers will join us for a conversation about how organizations can connect with major draws to the area and their impact, like the Packers hosting the 2025 NFL Draft.
