Upward Bound


The Upward Bound Program at UW-Green Bay is a comprehensive academic enrichment program designed to prepare high school students for college who come from low-income and/or first-generation families. It is a federal TRIO program funded by the U.S. Department of Education, created from the passing of the Educational Opportunity Act of 1964. There is no cost to students or their families.
