Student Travel Support
Limited funds are available to help students traveling to professional meetings, events, or conferences to present their original research or creative activity. These funds are limited to current UW-Green Bay undergraduate students and are limited to no more than 2/3 of the authorized travel expenses, up to a maximum award of $700. Applicants must provide documentation of their acceptance to present research (poster, presentation, performance) at a professional conference, meeting, or event.
The application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of travel. No funds will be awarded if the application is received after the travel has occurred. Funds for this program are limited, so it is best to apply as early as possible. Travel must occur this academic year (July 2023-June 2024.) Please note that the processing of the application may take several weeks.
