2023 Phoenix Forum Speaker Series
Winter/Spring 2023 Phoenix Forum Speaker Series will be virtually via Teams
Phoenix Forums allow alumni the opportunity to continue learning about a wide array of important, relevant topics from expert faculty, staff, and fellow alumni. Phoenix Forums will be held virtually. A Teams meeting invitation with link will be sent to all registrants a day prior to each forum. Please register using the link below. Phoenix Forums will begin with networking from 4:30 to 5 p.m. followed by a program and Q&A from 5 to 6 p.m.

Thursday, February 16, 2023 - Brown County Port & Resource Recovery Department Updates and Discussion
Speakers are staff and UW-Green Bay alumni from the Brown County Port and Recovery Department: Dean Haen '91, Director; Benjamin Hintz '08, Landfill Manager and Chris Blan '00, Resource Recovery Technician. They will share an overview of the Brown County Port & Resource Recovery Department, Hazardous Material Recovery Program, Recycling, and the South Landfill & Transfer Station.
Thursday, March 16, 2023 - Issues in K-12 Education
Panelist from the UW-Green Bay education faculty and alumni teachers will share their perspectives on a variety of issues facing K-12 education.
