This page explains how to apply to the Master of Science in Applied Biotechnology program if you plan to start in Fall 2026.

How to Apply for Fall 2026
Follow the steps below to complete your application. Note: All application materials need to be completed two weeks prior to the semester start date to be considered for admission.
Step1: Submit the Online Application
Complete the UW-Green Bay graduate application through the Universities of Wisconsin system and pay the $56 non‑refundable application fee.
Step2: Send Official Transcripts
Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you attempted 9 or more credits. You don't need to submit UW-Green Bay transcripts (if you attended UW-Green Bay) or Study abroad transcripts for one semester or less.

Step3:Submit a Personal Statement & Resume
Along with your resume, submit a personal statement that describes:
- The reasons behind your decision to pursue this degree
- What you believe you'll bring to the Applied Biotechnology program.

International Students
This program is 100% online. International students are welcome to apply and enroll. However, you are unable to apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa based on enrollment in the program. In addition to the application materials, you will need to provide further documentation.
